My name is Talisa Haskins and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 5 years of experience. I work from a client-centered lens, collaborating with the client, their family doctor, and PMVC doctor to determine what the best method of treatment is for them. In my psychotherapy practice, I take a curious and compassionate approach to understanding what has makes each person uniquely them. I believe that what has happened to someone, does not define who you they today, and who they choose to be moving forward. I see each client as someone on a journey, and my role is to be someone who walks alongside them, guiding them and providing them with the power and tools they need to be successful.
