As a queer woman, I am particularly interested but not exclusively focused on supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. I support overall mental wellness for all adult individuals as we work to resolve both internal & systemic barriers that can get in the way of psychological well-being. A lot of my work with folks involves: big life transitions, identity questions, gender, sexuality, depression, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, navigating neurodivergence (incl. gifted, ASD, ADHD, AudHD), existential anxieties, parenting challenges, etc. Of utmost importance is establishing a strong therapeutic relationship, as we work deeply to achieve your goals.

Success Story

Access to psychiatric support (assessment, diagnoses and recommendations for medication and/or therapy) through PMVC has profoundly and positively impacted many of the clients I work with. Labels that feel correct and reflective of your life experience can help provide a new lens or new jumping off point for deeper investigation of how you understand yourself and move through the world. Accurate diagnoses can reduce shame and stigma, and provide appropriate language for you and others to use. In my experience, this can support clients' development of greater self compassion and understanding.
