As a queer-identified woman, I am particularly interested but not exclusively focused on supporting clients within the LGBTQ2SIA+ community. I intentionally support overall mental wellness for all men, women and couples as we work to resolve, understand and reflect on internal and systemic barriers that exist in attaining psychological well-being.

Types of Clients Therapeutic Style Creative Flexible Friendly Non-directive Personal bond oriented Professional Supportive As a psychotherapist and a human, my basic belief is hopeful and positive: that ultimately people are “good” and are striving for wellness and wholeness with the internal and external resources they have. Through counselling, including varying therapy approaches, and gentle support, I am committed to helping you unpack and leave behind stories and ways of coping that no longer serve your needs, while building resilience and new ways of relating to self and others.
As a life-long therapy-goer myself, I know it can be helpful to engage in counselling more frequently when things are rocky, and less often when things are going well. My style of therapy is flexible and tailored to your needs.
I employ a range of therapeutic strategies and therapy approaches – through discussion and ongoing feedback, we will find the best combination of counselling modalities to meet your specific needs.
