My goal is to both ease symptoms and help you grow towards your desired outcomes. I use a client-centered and strengths-based foundational approach to help you heal, make change, and pursue self-actualization. I prioritize your agency and autonomy in every step of therapy.
By supporting your unique goals (e.g. work with your ADHD, improve self-worth, etc.) and helping you develop healthy connections with thoughts & emotions, I aim to help you become more confident, relaxed, and successful in your mental health journey. Developing insight, self-regulation, and coping skills can enhance many areas of your life and foster peace.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with Whitehouse Psychotherapy. I have a BSc in Psychology from Trent University and a MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults.
