We are a dedicated group practice of Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists offering virtual and in-person therapy sessions. Our therapists work with children, teens, adults and seniors. We have therapists who specialize in family and couples therapy approaches. Many of our clients have Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Personality Disorders or family conflict. We are trained and competent in using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, among many other types of therapy, adapted to the needs of each individual client.
