I am a registered psychotherapist and I am trained in EMDR, working towards certification. I have primarily worked with complex trauma, with a focus on chronic childhood trauma. I offer a flexible and culturally sensitive approach to my work. I have recently completed my doctorate in counselling psychology, with my research focusing on increasing provider trauma competencies when working with Indigenous populations.
