I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I provide secure virtual psychotherapy to individuals (18+) and couples across Ontario.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and evidence-informed practice. I have completed advanced training in couples therapy and Foundations in Professional Sexuality Practice, allowing me to support clients with relationship, intimacy, and sexuality concerns in a respectful and non-judgmental environment.

I view psychotherapy not only as symptom reduction, but as a pathway toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, secure attachment, and stronger communities. I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.

Success Story

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling more confident and connected in their lives. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, body-focused repetitive behaviours such as skin picking, and specific phobias, including a fear of flying.

A common experience is that clients begin therapy feeling controlled by fear, self-doubt, or long-standing patterns that interfere with their relationships, work, and overall well-being. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, they develop a better understanding of themselves, learn practical coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and begin responding to challenges in new ways.

Over time, many clients report feeling more emotionally regulated, more resilient, and better able to engage in meaningful relationships and activities they had previously avoided. Seeing clients regain a sense of confidence, freedom, and hope is one of the most meaningful aspects of my work.
