Member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
Psychotherapy Provider (Registered Psychotherapist)
With over 20 years of experience, I provide compassionate therapy for individuals, couples, and families through in-person sessions, phone consultations, and online platforms. I work with clients aged 14 and older, offering support from both faith-based (Christian) and non-faith-based perspectives.
My practice focuses on various challenges, including complex trauma, grief, communication and relationship issues, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, and attachment concerns. Taking an integrative and client-centred approach, I prioritize your unique experiences to empower you in overcoming obstacles and achieving a more fulfilling life.
I employ a range of proven therapeutic techniques, such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I offer culturally and faith-informed practices tailored to your background, along with clinical supervision for registered psychotherapists and social workers, as well as wellness seminars.
I believe that you are the expert in your life. My role is to support you in identifying barriers to change and uncovering insights that foster breakthroughs. Life is a dynamic journey, with growth arising from embracing uncertainty and taking decisive action.
If you’re ready to invest in yourself and seek meaningful change, I invite you to share your story and explore new possibilities for transformation.
