In addition to anxiety and depression, my specialty areas of focus are:
1. OCD (with its subtypes) and intrusive thoughts. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a core part of the work.
2. ADHD and executive function skills building, such as time management, focus, impulse control, emotion regulation and organization.
I provide support for students (13-26) as well as with adults of any age, with a directive, hands-on approach to treatment.
Within this work, there is also an emphasis on clarifying values, building strengths and developing a sense of meaning. I am a Rabbi, in addition to being a Psychotherapist and can integrate faith and spirituality as it is relevant for clients.
I hope I can do my best support your needs.
