I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with a Double Major in Psychology and Medical Science (University of Western Ontario) and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University). I have worked in community health for more than six years and am driven to help clients of all ages through a trauma-informed lens.

I am inspired by an integrative, client-centred approach that reflects clients’ unique needs and goals. With empathy and a warm, non-judgmental manner, I strive to provide my clients with a safe space to explore and unravel their experiences, while also expanding their coping skills toolbox. I aim to help you gain new self-awareness and experience healing and transformation, allowing you to step forward into the life you truly desire.
