It is a privilege to walk alongside adolescents, emerging adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. I especially enjoy working with clients navigating challenges related to neurodivergence, as well as those diagnosed with ADHD and autism in adulthood.
My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and integrative. I tailor therapy to each individual's needs and preferences, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems, somatic psychotherapy, systemic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Gestalt therapy, narrative therapy, DBT, and CBT.
