I began my work as a psychotherapist in 1996 in Olympia, Washington. Over 25 years, my private practice evolved to include specialties in anxiety disorders, addiction, and depression. I immigrated to Canada in 2011, and spent two years away from counselling as I established my residency and resumed my professional life.

In creating therapeutic relationships with clients, my treatment approach is best described as deep, empathic listening. My practice offers a safe place to examine your current challenges. Respecting how every element in your life has an effect on your total well-being. I offer holistic approaches to problem solving and self exploration. My work is client-centred. This means that our work together will be based on your specific needs.

I offer a free 30-minute intake session so we can meet and discuss your psychotherapy needs as well as my rates.
