Hello! I’m Liz, a Registered Social Worker with a passion for holistic healing and wellness. After completing my BA in criminology, I noticed I felt more of a pull toward social justice and community wellness which led me to pursue my Master of Social Work degree. I have experience working in community mental health agencies, the youth justice sector, and providing counselling to individuals and families. I’m trained to provide EMDR therapy for trauma treatment, and I also integrate connection to nature in the healing process through elements of eco-therapy when requested.
