I support my clients to find peace, fulfillment and joy by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand their past and orient their future.

Therapy with me is a safe space to take risks, explore your boundaries and get to the root of the issues you're facing. I use a trauma-focused, IFS-informed and collaborative approach, geared towards your needs. I believe therapy is meant to provide you with tools and a deeper understanding, to live a meaningful life. I'm here to guide you in this journey of self-discovery - through tears, laughter and however else it may look for you.
