I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have been in private practice since 2018. I offer individual counselling to those age 13 and older. I draw on multiple therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s needs to deliver a client-centred approach to practice. Depending on the issue, I naturally lean towards a more non-directive style, but can easily shift to more directive if that is what you prefer.
