I have been working in the mental health field for 25 years and I am still just as passionate about working with people as I was when I first started.
I am client-focused and strive first and foremost to create a comfortable and safe environment for us to work together. You are in charge of the goals from our work. I most often take an integrative approach where I draw from a selection of treatment approaches or strategies that may be best suited to your unique needs and situation.
Most clients I work with are experiencing difficulty with anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder, family stressors or relationship difficulties I have also been trained in menopause-informed therapy and work with women who are experiencing the life transitions and emotional changes associated with perimenopause and beyond.
