You are struggling. You go through cycles of ups and down and deep inside, you know life can be better but you just cannot seem to make it so! You have done a great job of keeping it together in spite of past experiences that make it difficult to be your best self at work, and/or relationships. You may have endured stigma due to being different or experienced other forms trauma. You cannot find peace of mind because there are voices in your head that prevent you from doing so. You want to overcome the lingering shame, anxiety, sadness and fear, from years of living with past unresolved issues (which could be from trauma, undiagnosed and/or unsupported developmental and mental illnesses such as ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, mood disorders and psychosis) and do not see a way out.

Your relationships are not going as you desire. Your struggles may be due to differences in thinking and communication styles or culture.
