I am a registered psychotherapist and a registered hypnotherapist. I have been practicing for 9 years. I have a degree in psychology from York University, a certification in psychotherapy from the Transformational Arts College, and a certification in hypnotherapy fromThe Robert Shields College. I provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgemental environment. I believe that it is very important for the client to feel comfortable with their therapist so that they can be honest about their issues. I practice client centered therapy. I follow the needs of my clients without an agenda. I work with individuals, couples, and families. Some of the areas I deal with include relationships, grief, addiction, stress and anxiety. I use many modalities including talk therapy, hypnosis, meditation and breath work and therapeutic touch.
