Life can be hard. The unexpected (and sometimes even the unthinkable) happens. There is no quick fix for the messiness of life but support is available.

I'm a Registered Social Worker trained in couple and family therapy. I believe that some of the most painful moments in our lives can also be the most transformational. I work with people who would never in a million years wish for what they are going through and I support them as they courageously process what life has dealt them.

I provide individual and couple therapy in a gentle and collaborative way so that people can reclaim their life and their most precious relationships.
