I'm a Registered Social Worker trained in couple and family therapy. I believe that some of the most painful moments in our lives can also be the most transformational and I work with people who are courageously moving through difficult life transitions.
I provide individual and couple therapy in a gentle and collaborative way so that people can reclaim their life and their most precious relationships. I'm available for in person meeting in my Etobicoke office or online for people living anywhere in Ontario.

Success Story
I work with people who are courageously overcoming the mental health and relationship challenges. Individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm and loss develop strategies to built their resilience and gain confidence back. Couples who are disengaged, feel like roommates, and stuck in arguments that resolve nothing learn to stop problematic patterns, communicate in ways that bring connection and intimacy and start feeling like they are back on the same team again.
