I am Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I am passionate about supporting individuals, children, youth, and seniors ages 4-65+. I strongly believe in the therapeutic power of healing, change, and personal growth especially during life’s unpredictable and challenging moments.

I specialize in working with individuals and youth facing challenges related to emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism (ASD), stress, life transitions, boundary setting, coping skills, family and school conflict, self-esteem, and grief. I have a particular interest and expertise in providing art therapy and play therapy for youth and children in a safe environment where one can engage creatively in emotional expression.

I have prior experience before beginning my journey as a psychotherapist using an evidence-based therapeutic approach as an Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapist supporting youth and children living with Autism, ADHD, and other mental, physical, and developmental challenges. My experiences as an ABA therapist have built a strong personal skillset in supporting clients in achieving goals of problem-solving, coping skills, and continued growth and development.

My approach to therapy can be best described as person-centered and honours the client where they are in their journey. In order to help my clients achieve their goals, I implement a variety of different therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also often incorporate aspects of mindfulness and self-compassion. My intention in our work together is to make you feel validated and supported while we collaboratively find tools to reduce distress and embrace your inner resilience.
