The Compassion Project

The Compassion Project

Clinic — Psychotherapy Provider (Registered Psychotherapist, Social worker (clinical))

Accepting new clients

We work with individuals impacted by trauma, addiction and mental illness. We understand that folks sometimes find it difficult to ask for help. We also appreciate that, when the time comes where you need support, you don't want to have to navigate a healthcare system without support. Our mission is to provide safer, confidential, psychotherapy services to those who live in our community, in person and online.

We also provide a safe, nonjudgmental, caring environment for first responders, counsellors/therapists and healthcare providers. Our approach is grounded in evidenced based practices and is built on principles of collegiality, compassion and collaboration. In addition to psychotherapy services, we can coordinate care with your healthcare provider and advise you on how to advocate for your needs in your workplace
