My name is Michael Sa'd M.S.W., R.S.W. and I am an experienced Registered Social Worker, specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and certified as a Solution-Focused Therapist (CSFT). I work with individuals from various backgrounds, across different life cycles, and transitions. I have worked in various professional settings such as York University, the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH), and private mental health settings.

My therapy style is highly tailored and personalized to each client.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief, body image, disordered eating, self-esteem, addiction and career-related issues. In addition to working with individuals, I specialize in working with couples and families in helping them improve their communication and develop an understanding of the patterns that reinforce reoccurring issues.
