I am a Registered Psychotherapist offering psychotherapy services to youth, adults, and caregivers in the Anishinaabe Algonquin territory (Ottawa) and surrounding areas. I also offer clinical supervision or consultation. I do direct billing through Telus Health eClaims and am an approved NIHB and Medavie Blue Cross provider. I am passionate about connecting with people to support their growth, celebrate successes, and learn from others.
I integrate several theoretical orientations including Somatic Experiencing, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion. My areas of practice and interest include big feelings, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, trauma/post-traumatic growth, transitions, and neurodivergence.
