Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches I will work with you to examine what may not be serving you and help you find your inner strength to achieve your goals and live life to the fullest.
Originally trained in Applied Behaviour Analysis working within the Traumatic Brain Injury and Complex Trauma Rehabilitation fields, I returned to complete my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, after fulfilling executive roles in health care, law and business management. I am a yoga and fitness enthusiast, with a competitive sports background and a married mother of four grown children and a dog.
My practice is trauma-informed and incorporates a strength-based approach. I look forward to chatting about how I can help you and perhaps grow together.
