I am a registered social worker (RSW) with 13 years of experience in the field of social work. My aim is to help people reach their personal wellness goals through the discovery of their strengths, skills and existing resources. Individuals, couples and families are welcomed. I am trained in brief and single-session therapy, as well as long-term therapy. Depending on what your goals for counselling are, you can expect to feel a shift in your thinking after our first session together. I rely on the use of narrative therapy, attachment and developmental theories, and motivational interviewing; however, I also recognize that each client has their own unique needs and preferences, and other therapeutic approaches can be used accordingly.
