Making the first step in reaching out for support takes strength and courage. Everyone faces different challenges throughout their lifetime and I would be humbled to have the opportunity to help you in your life journey. I work from a trauma informed and person-centered approach, taking into account the individual needs of each of my clients. I incorporate Narrative approach, Mindfulness, Somatic therapy and EMDR within my practice. My therapeutic style is best described as collaborative, caring, genuine, compassionate, empathic and built on a foundation of safety and confidentiality.
I have a particular interest in working with individuals who are facing issues of trauma and PTSD; however, I work with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, addictions, grief and loss, low self-esteem, isolation, burnout, relational issues, communication issues, stress, self-harm and life transitions.
My goal in therapy is helping individuals meet their personal goals, as well as help foster safety, stabilization, provide tools for coping, foster resiliency and create a general sense of well-being.
