Thank you for your interest. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Psychoanalyst providing Brief and Long-Term Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, and Relationship Therapy for adults of all age ranges. I am happy to answer questions by phone, video call, or meet with you in person to explore how I can best help you. I treat a wide range of issues, but also specialize in working with individuals from multi-cultural backgrounds. I have lived in various cultures, am multi-lingual and highly attuned to the added complexity multi-cultural issues may bring to treatment.
Cultural issues may come up addressing other problems or you may want to specifically focus on difficulties growing up in multi-cultural families, intergenerational conflicts, being in a culturally mixed relationship, identity conflicts, work diversity issues, inter-generational trauma transmission, or expatriate adjustment.
In addition, I specialize in executive stress, burnout, job loss, job transition, and workaholism, and also offer online/telephone treatment for people overseas. Through my work in corporate consulting I offer understanding of the work environment. My treatment approach and it's length is customized to my clients' specific needs.
