I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and am passionate about helping others improve and live their best life possible! I love working with clients who want to take make changes in their life but aren't quite sure how. I provide psychotherapy for different types of anxiety, depression, ocd, trauma, and adhd in addition to several other areas. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
