Therapy can be a daunting experience and it can be difficult to find a therapist whose style matches your specifics needs. Therefore, I use an integrative style that combines multiple approaches such as CBT, EFT, DBT, IFS, and Gottman to fit your needs. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan to find the approaches that best fits your goals.
I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, supportive, strength based, empirically supported, and confidential environment so that client's can feel safe to express themselves and develop a deeper understanding of their emotional and mental processes. We can then work together to choose the specific therapeutic tools needed to heal and reach your goals.
