I have been working in the mental health field as a life coach since 2017, and began working as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) since 2023. I was in the fitness and health industry prior to this, so I have a deep understanding of disordered eating and body image issues, as well as anxiety. I am passionate about helping people struggling with the aftermath of past abuse, especially narcissistic abuse. I work with clients through a psychodynamic lens, and take an eclectic approach, utilizing various modalities in an individualized approach. I validate and hold space for my clients, valuing each as an individual, collaborating on goals and treatment.
