Success Story
J had been struggling with generalized anxiety for many years, and it was impacting her ability to maintain relationships, work, and feeling positive.
Jasmine worked with J to identify the root causes of her anxiety and depression and helped her develop coping mechanisms to deal with her symptoms. They met bi-weekly to discuss her progress, goals, and make adjustments to her treatment plan as needed.
Over time, J began to make significant progress as shown through the Generalized Anxiety Disorder assessment form. She was able to manage her anxiety more effectively and started to feel more confident in herself and had a more positive outlook in her life. She also began to build stronger relationships with her friends and family, and her overall mood improved.
One day, J came into my session with feelings of calmness and tranquility which was apparent in her body language and tone. She mentioned that she can complete tasks without feeling overly anxious and learned to be compassionate when tasks are not complete within a certain time frame.
Jasmine overjoyed to see the progress J had made and the positive impact it had on her life. They continued to work together for a few more sessions, discussing how Sarah could maintain her progress and continue to grow and improve.
