With over 42 years of experience spanning clinical care, developmental systems, and policy leadership, I specialize in integrative, quality-assured approaches to therapy and growth. My services support individuals, dyads, and groups—including community and organizational clients—through a synthesis of certified competencies in talk-based, body-aware, and experiential modalities. I begin at the truth of lived experience, even when it challenges dominant agency narratives, and guide participants to define their identity, interests, and actionable theory of change. Every engagement is rooted in collaborative learning, ethical scrutiny, and transformative care.

Success Story
My journey began in 1972, when early supports nurtured resilience, insight, and the capacity to challenge systems that failed to protect. These foundations shaped the integrative methods I now share—facilitating growth not just through talk, but through applied, active release. Using tools, games, expressive exercises, and dramatic arts approaches drawn from Gestalt and experiential learning, I help clients know themselves and access change from the inside out. This work is not art or music therapy, but it is creative, embodied, and effective. Together, we learn to name what matters, feel what’s real, and act with clarity.
