Feeling anxious, betrayed and broken trying to figure out your external and internal environment, every step seems overwhelming. I got you! And your GOALS. Goals that do not let us sleep, and then lack of sleep that does not let us work towards those goals. I know you want to take charge but are being surprised by your brain chemistry on a daily basis, trust me its not you. Are you finding comfort in relatable memes, avoiding social interaction, missing your social life and spiralling into a vortex of negative self doubt? Let's change the narrative here by educating ourselves and aiming to have more self awareness and acceptance.

Your concerns around anxiety due peer relationships, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, lack of motivation or issues pertaining to trauma and PTSD; this is my expertise. We will work towards educating you and challenging your self talk, checking you cognitive distortions and bridging the gap between your true reality and your aspired self.

Success Story

Out of the many small successes, the one that remains closest to my heart is when a client of mine who is a wife, mother, working professional, was working on her burnout and turned to me and said, "Suramya, I do not feel guilty saying no for anything now". In that moment I knew, she is not going to let anyone take advantage of her love and need for feeling accepted, hence negotiating her self worth. She finally knew who she is.
