I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and certified career coach with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, and major life or career transitions.
My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including DBT, IFS, EFT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

Having worked with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds, I bring an empathetic and culturally sensitive perspective, helping individuals explore their inner experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and build practical coping strategies. I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered to achieve meaningful personal and professional growth.

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer career coaching for professionals seeking clarity, growth, and fulfillment in their work, leveraging insights from leadership development and personal values exploration.

Success Story

As a second-generation psychotherapist, I often work with clients navigating major life transitions—whether it’s coping with anxiety, managing burnout, navigating relationship changes, or figuring out a new career direction. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is witnessing how clients grow through these challenges. One client came to therapy struggling with panic attacks at work, grief, and the challenges of navigating life as a single parent raising teenage children. Together, we explored strategies to manage anxiety, process grief, and create balance between personal needs and parenting responsibilities. Over time, the client was able to reduce reliance on medications, open themselves to new relationships, and improve communication with their children, fostering a healthy sense of interdependence. They reported feeling more confident, resilient, and capable of living a fulfilling, balanced life.
