Making the decision to begin therapy can be daunting, and it takes real bravery to reach out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, disconnected from yourself or others, or simply looking to better understand who you are, therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, difficulty managing emotions, low self-worth, and relationship struggles, parenting, divorce, life transitions. My approach is collaborative and person-centered around your needs, drawing from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative and Mindfulness practices among other methods. I offer individual and family sessions.
You don’t have to face this alone. In our work together, I aim to provide a warm, accepting environment where you feel truly seen and supported. If you're ready to take the next step toward meaningful change, I’m here to walk that path with you.
I provide services in English and Spanish.

Success Story
When this client first came to therapy, they were experiencing significant anxiety and persistent self-doubt, particularly in their relationships and professional life. Early sessions revealed a longstanding pattern of perfectionism, fear of failure, and difficulty setting personal boundaries—challenges that were deeply rooted in past experiences.
We began by creating a safe, supportive environment where they could explore these patterns without judgment. Over time, we used a combination of cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness work to help the client become more aware of their inner critic and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
What stood out most was the client’s commitment to the process. They engaged fully, even when sessions were emotionally difficult. Gradually, they began to recognize and challenge unhelpful beliefs, communicate more assertively, and make decisions aligned with their values rather than fear.
Today, the client describes feeling more grounded and confident. They still face challenges—as we all do—but now have the tools to navigate them with resilience. Witnessing their transformation has been a powerful reminder of the strength people can find when given the space and support to grow.
