I provide counselling, both in-person and virtually, to youth and adults with various mental health and life challenges. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, school/work stress, relationship difficulties, or you are looking for someone to talk through your current situation, I provide genuine compassion and warmth to support you. Drawing on a variety of approaches, such as solution-focused, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, strength-based, or acceptance and commitment, we will develop a plan that fits you best.
