• Locations Serviced include all of the towns and cities within 25 km of your office (driving distance).
• If your city/town is not listed, simply choose the closest to you and contact us at help@psychotherapymatters.com to get it added to the list
• Be sure to complete both City/Town fields if you have 2 locations.

Our criteria for Locations Serviced

The therapist should be within 25km driving distance (about a half hour commute) at maximum to qualify to show up in search results by city/town. Most people live and work within that same radius, so it’s generous enough to cover several areas outside the immediate city/town they live in as well. The Locations Serviced includes counties and regional municipalities, which are available only in the Search.

How do I check if my Locations Serviced is working?

Ensure you have the correct cities/towns selected for your address. Then go to either the Advanced Search page or scroll down to the City/Town list under the map on the Map Search page and select cities/towns within the 25km radius. If you do find any anomalies or have any questions at all, please contact us at help@psychotherapymatters.com.
