Amongst the most important determinants of our health is the quality of our relationships. We need healthy relationships (or at least know how to manage the inevitable ups and downs) if we want to succeed at work, love or even survive.
You are having difficulty coping skillfully with troubling or conflictual relationships. Perhaps your marriage is in crisis or your family is falling apart. Maybe you’re not able to get along with people at work. Relationship problems may be recurrent and may leave you feeling helpless, paralyzed and overwhelmed.
