Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor · PhD
Member of College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
Psychotherapy Provider (Registered Psychotherapist)
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy (DCP) and bring over 20 years of clinical experience. My practice is grounded in Gestalt therapy, emphasizing self-awareness, presence, and meaningful contact in the here and now. Clients can expect an attentive, responsive style with direct feedback, and I integrate approaches such as Psychodrama, Drawing, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method in my work with couples.
I work with adults, couples, and adolescents on concerns including loss, conflict, chronic health conditions, anxiety, identity and body image, and creative blocks. In addition to private practice, I facilitate experiential workshops and groups, including regular workshops at the University of Toronto.
As a clinical supervisor, I support emerging therapists in developing self-awareness, confidence, and a clear therapeutic identity. I bring a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, equity-focused lens to all my work, and am fluent in English and Polish.
