I believe that clients are the experts in their own life. My role is one of providing a client-focused, non-judgmental space with support to empower and equip clients to be the best version of themselves. Therapy offers a great opportunity to improve health, healing, and strength.
Having experience working with men, women, youth, and families struggling with mental health disorders, addictions, immigration, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and abuse, I come to table with an open mind and a compassionate heart. I am passionate about helping people build the tools they need to reach their goals.
I believe that working with people, mind, body and spirit, is valuable. My faith impacts my life journey and I offer a safe space to explore many topics including faith and culture. I work through a neurobiological, psychosocial, trauma-informed lens and draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to clients needs.
