I provide service to children, youth, and adults facing mental health challenges included but not limited to; anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, School Refusal, oppositional defiance, life transitions, job dissatisfaction, childhood trauma, self-esteem, body image and eating disorders. I draw from a number of modalities with a focus on client strengths to help empower individuals towards resilience and growth.
