Whatever the reasons that brings you here, we believe that the ups and downs of life provide opportunities (and sometimes hidden blessings) to learn about ourselves and life in general. You will learn how to restore within yourself a sense of balance and well-being, and to cultivate a renewed awareness and sense of presence in your life. After a thorough assessment, we'll begin to work on the issues that are most important to you. You'll develop insight into how past experiences and thinking processes may be continuing to influence your well-being and to identify the issues that are most troublesome. You will also be guided through the process of clarifying your values, passions, strengths and resources so that they can be drawn upon to mobilize you in a positive direction. Specifically, our business offers mindfulness-based cognitive therapy sessions, which combine the principles of mindfulness and cognitive therapy to help individuals cope with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, transition and other mental health concerns. In addition, we offer trauma healing modalities such as Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to access the deeper levels of brain/body healing.

Our services are designed to be practical and accessible, helping clients to integrate mindfulness practices into their daily lives to support their ongoing mental and emotional well-being. You can have peace of mind that we are very caring, non-judgmental, compassionate and skilled therapists.
