I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports clients with anxiety, stress, ADHD, grief, life transitions, relational concerns, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness, somatic strategies, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I adapt my approach to each client’s needs, goals, culture, and lived experience. My work often focuses on helping clients better understand their patterns, build coping tools, strengthen emotional awareness, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned.
