Patricia Keith practices counselling and therapy in Etobicoke under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate who are members of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Patricia earned several degrees and certifications including a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Christian Counselling from Canada Christian College and a PhD in Counselling. She is a Certified Professional Counsellor with Suicide prevention and Bereavement Clinical Training, Sexual Behaviour Training from the Forensic Division Centre of Addiction and Mental health (CAMH). She possesses core knowledge and skill in withdrawal management and Addiction counselling. She a Certified Wraparound Trainer.

Patricia holds a Doctorate in General Practice Psychotherapy from CCCCA, Calgary with a Ph.D. Doctorate in Counselling. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Clinical Counsellor, and practices counselling and therapy in Toronto at Break Free Family Centre for the past 15 years. She specializes in addiction and substance abuse counselling, anger management, family court issues, and Mental Health Disorders.

She counsels children (8 years and older), youth, and adults through individual and or group sessions. She is in good standing and awarded Full membership with the designation of Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) with CPCA. She is a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrics and Psychotherapists (OACCPP), and Bereavement Ontario Network (BON). She provides psychological services under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist of Dalton Associates.

Patricia is an Ordained Minister in Ontario Canada office of the Register General (ORG), with all right and privileges as a person authorized to solemnize marriages in the United States of America and Internationally.
Patricia worked as a nurse for 30 years; she has the ability to contribute substantially to the established goals of her clients. She is well qualified to correctly assess clients with the ability to cope well in any critical incident, and mental health disorder offering them understanding and support in directing them through their issues.

She works effectively with her clientele, superiors, and colleagues, as well as the Family Responsibility Office (FRO), Ontario Justice System, and the Parole Board to produce successful results. She works with her clients to improve relationships, behaviours, and academic performance dealing positively by providing strategies and tools to deal with difficult situations and solve emotional problems. Patricia works towards measuring the positive outcomes of her clients’ goals, especially young adults and young offenders with progressive therapy assisting them to get out of the Justice System and reduce the rate of recidivism.
