I specialize in helping individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues and trauma. My goal is to help you navigate the various hardships you are experiencing and assist you in becoming your best self so you can begin living your most authentic and purposeful life. I welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles, faith denominations and personal philosophies, as I am deeply committed to promoting multiculturalism and diversity.

In our first session we will identify your presenting issue. Together we will create a treatment plan that works for you through an integrative therapy utilizing modalities to create a well-rounded and unique treatment plan specifically tailored to you. As we embark on this therapeutic journey we will explore when and how your troubles began.

The relationship we create as therapist and client is of utmost importance to me. Collaboratively we will focus on developing a trusting, genuine and honest dynamic so you feel comfortable and safe during our time together. You are the expert of your own experiences and I am here to support you.
