I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student completing my practicum placement under clinical supervision. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centred. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, and I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, build on their existing strengths, and develop tools that feel meaningful and realistic for their individual circumstances.

I draw primarily from Person-Centred Therapy while incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-informed approaches based on each client’s unique needs. I am particularly interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic illness.

My background includes experience supporting children, youth, and individuals navigating crisis and complex life circumstances. These experiences have shaped my commitment to providing empathetic, culturally responsive, and inclusive care.

I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply looking for space to better understand yourself, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
