I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a second-cycle graduate degree in Psychotherapy. My clinical approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals through a range of emotional and relational challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, emotional regulation, grief and loss, life transitions, separation and divorce, self-esteem, and stress management. I have particular experience working with children and families navigating separation, big emotions, and behavioural or emotional difficulties, as well as adults adjusting to major life changes.
Therapy with me is developmentally informed and tailored to each client’s unique needs. With children, I integrate play-based and creative interventions to help them express emotions, build coping skills, and develop emotional awareness in a way that feels natural and engaging. With adolescents and adults, I draw from approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and attachment-based frameworks to support insight, healing, and meaningful change.
I believe that healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet clients where they are, move at their pace, and work collaboratively to build practical tools, resilience, and self-understanding. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, better equipped to manage challenges, and empowered to move forward with confidence and clarity.
