I practice within a client-centered modality, with empowerment theory remaining an integral point of focus towards client progression and growth. Modalities of therapy that I practice include; CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Ego-Based Therapy. I believe that the best therapists are those that support the client in navigating their personal journey, allowing them to take the driver’s seat towards change, self-acceptance, and ultimately success. To quote the late philosopher Benjamin Franklin, "Change is the only constant in life. One's ability to adapt to those changes will determine your success in life."
