Therapy provides the ground for healing and growth. We start by building a sense of safety, and together we find new perspectives on the problems you face. I strive to offer warm acceptance, gentle curiosity, empathy, playfulness and humour to my clients. In our work together, I may bring in creative, spiritual or meditative practices based on your needs. I often draw on neurobiology-based resources to help with trauma healing. Your story is at the centre of our work, but talking isn't everything: some of our deepest wounds are held in realms beyond words. Ultimately, I believe that the best resources for healing are already in you.

My approach is non-pathologizing, anti-ableist, trauma informed, somatic and anti-oppression. I've known mental illness through lived experience, as a family member, peer supporter, chaplain and therapist. If you are living with a mental health condition, I can support you in living a full and meaningful life where your diagnosis becomes just one part of a bigger, healthy picture.

As a queer therapist, I'm committed to serving queer and trans people.

I offer non-denominational spiritual care, as well as care for survivors of religious trauma.

Seeking professional support is a big step, and finding a therapist can be hard. Here's an important note: the key to effective therapy is your relationship with the therapist. It matters whether you click with your therapist, and you are the best judge of that. To that end, I offer a free phone call to see if we are a good match.
